Monday 24 June 2024 Forbes presented the ranking of the 25 Most Powerful Chefs in Italy. The event took place in Franciacorta in the Bellavista winery. The Special Prize "The New Generation" was awarded to Giovanni and Alberto Santini with the following motivation "Giovanni in the kitchen and Alberto in the dining room are writing new chapters of great Italian cuisine and hospitality following in the footsteps of Nadia and Antonio Santini". The Santini family and the entire Ristorante dal Pescatore team are delighted with this extraordinary award.
